Large-Scale Affordable Housing Projects

Meyers Nave negotiated owner participation agreements and developed loan documents for the Agency’s proposed financing of a 100-unit affordable rental development.

The project is planned in connection with a transit-oriented development and will be developed on land leased by Bridge Housing.

Casa Verde Affordable Housing

Meyers Nave assisted the Agency in the acquisition and transformation of a dilapidated, transit occupancy hotel property into affordable housing. Meyers Nave worked closely with staff and consultants to provided relocation assistance to the residents of the hotel, then negotiated agreements for the Agency to lease the property to Mercy Housing, a nonprofit developer. The Agency provided Mercy Housing with financial assistance for the substantial rehabilitation of the building into affordable apartments.
