Affordable Housing, Commercial, and Transit-Oriented Development Project

South San Francisco BART Station

Meyers Nave represented the City and its Redevelopment Agency in affordable housing and commercial transactions involving the purchase, sale and rehabilitation of properties. Included in this work are the negotiation and preparation of financing, acquisition and disposition agreements.

South San Francisco BART Station Linear Park

Meyers Nave negotiated a cooperative agreement between the City of South San Francisco and BART to allow the use of the BART/SamTrans right of way for a linear park above the underground transit system.

Terrabay Specific Plan, Zoning and Development Agreement and Related Environmental Impact Reports

Meyers Nave reviewed and edited specific plans, zoning ordinances, and precise plans for a mixed-use development. The development included low- and high-density housing, open space, public infrastructure, public amenities, and 600,000 square feet of office and retail development. Meyers Nave also reviewed and edited phased environmental impact reports and related California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) findings for the project, including negotiating development agreements for all phases of development.
