Moira O’Neill Joins Meyers Nave’s Writs and Appeals Practice Group

San Francisco, CA– Moira O’Neill has joined Meyers Nave as an associate in their Writs and Appeals Practice Group.

O’Neill comes to Meyers Nave from Howard Rice Nemerovski Canady Falk & Rabkin (“Howard Rice”) in San Francisco. O’Neill is also a former judicial clerk for the Honorable Saundra Brown Armstrong, United States District Court, Northern District of California, and a former law clerk for the Environment and Natural Resources Unit, Civil Division, United States Attorney.

Active in the community, O’Neill volunteers for the Youth Law Academy (Centro Legal de la Raza) in Oakland. She also volunteers as an instructor for the Hastings Legal Education Opportunity Program.

O’Neill is a graduate of the University of California, Hastings College of Law, San Francisco, CA (J.D. 2006) and of Golden Gate University, San Francisco, CA (B.A., 2003). She currently resides in Oakland, CA.
