We have an insider’s understanding of the operational issues faced by energy companies, forming the foundation on which we assist our clients. We help them in all stages and aspects of oil and gas exploration and production projects, from title review and property acquisition to permitting and environmental compliance to landowner and lessor issues. We also assist our clients on the business side of their operations, including drafting oil and gas leases, purchase and sale agreements, farmout agreements, and joint operating agreements, as well as advising them of their rights under these agreements.

Our representation of energy clients also includes midstream projects, such as gas storage and gas processing facilities, as well as renewable energy projects, such as geothermal, wind, solar, landfill gas, and biomethane projects.
