Coastal Commission and BCDC Compliance

Overview

Meyers Nave has played a critical role in obtaining Coastal Commission’s certification and implementation of several cities’ and agencies’ Local Coastal Programs and other coastal land use projects.

We are equally knowledgeable of Bay Area Conservation and Development Commission (BCDC) compliance. Meyers Nave worked on development and implementation of the LAX Master Plan, which included addressing legal issues pertaining to airport development that would impact resources in the California Coastal Zone and under the jurisdiction of the Coastal Zone Management Act.
