Airport Land Use Compatibility Plans
Overview
Our work for public agencies frequently involves creating and updating individual airports’ Airport Land Use Compatibility Plans (ALUCPs) as well as ensuring that municipalities’ general land use plans are consistent with ALUCPs in their region.
Due to our experience representing airports as well cities and counties, we have a keen understanding of the interplay between aviation infrastructure and development of the surrounding area, and methods to ensure that both areas support economic viability and public health and safety. To reach these two end goals, we guide public agencies through the complex maze of land use and environmental regulations on the federal, state and local levels.
